Please leave out passwords, authenticator codes, private sharing links and health or location details. Remove personal information from screenshots before attaching them.
Account-access questions
Tell us which step is not working. Do not send a password or verification code. The current iPhone and Android test builds do not enable online accounts; their private features work on the device.
About this website
This information site has no sign-in forms, advertising, analytics scripts or location requests. TestFlight and Google Play links open Apple’s and Google’s testing services. The email link opens your own email app.
Private web sharing is still being built. This website does not display anyone’s check-ins or location.
